Are you a rental, purchase or custom design type of company?
ALL! The products you see on our website and in our product menu are available for both rental and for purchase. In terms of custom design, Pink Inc. has a creative team ready and able to take your dreams and turn them into reality.
Do your products come with instructions?
Pink Inc. products come with instructions in all purchase or rental orders when they are shipped. This information is also available for download on the Pink Inc. website.
What is the pricing of your structures?
The streamline pricelist available and is the best way to gauge the prices of our standard products. For pricing on other products please call or e-mail your client specialist. We will respond right away.
If I rent a costume does it come with a performer? Do you make custom Costumes?
Most of our costumes can be rented with or without a performer. There are a few costumes we do require hiring a Pink Inc. trained supervisor for. We have a large network of performers and workshop supervisors that we work with throughout the country, we are happy to help organize this for you.
Pink Inc’s Design services absolutely include custom costume design. We have created a number of mascots and other costumes to attract attention to events, live marketing programs or tradeshows.
What color do your products come in? Can products be printed?
A variety of products are offered in multi-colors for rental, though the quantities may be limited. Call us for immediate availability. For purchase any product may be made from Pink Inc’s standard décor swatch card at no additional cost.
We have an experienced graphics department, and printing services. We offer many options for printing whether it is for frequent use or temporary needs. Our graphics department has also taken on the task of creating original art for clients that may not have a graphics department of their own.
How can I estimate the shipping cost or weight of the product?
The approximate weights and dimensions of the products when disassembled are available on the website. Given this information you can use ups.com to estimate your shipment, or we can always quote this information you!
Is shipping overseas a possibility?
YES! We have a number of clients who have purchased our product from Trinidad to Ireland to Bahrain. Currently we do not offer rentals for overseas, some of our clients have opted to rent in the states and carry abroad. This choice is yours. (or work with brokers)*
Is there a recommendation for lighting your products? Do you supply lights?
We find that front lighting and rear lighting work well for our products. With front lighting many of the pieces really glow and “pop” off the stage. Backlighting tends to create a different sort of effect as the frame can then be seen in some of the products. Another option for products with a thicker base would be to internally light with LED’s, as seen in some of our Pinkometry photos.
Depending on the situation and needs of the client, we have some lighting products available for rent. We use battery and remote control operated LED’s.
Do you have an installation team and can I install myself?
Yes! We have a team of skilled installers and designers that are New York based. We also have an extensive network of professionals throughout the country that are familiar with our product. We are happy to help you coordinate your installation of our product or you can use our detailed assembly instructions and self install.
What kind of fabric do you use? Is it flame treated?
Our standard décor and performance sculptures are made of a poly-spandex blend. All of our décor pieces have been flame treated to meet the N.F.P.A. 701 Small Scale, Class A. It is also certified to meet the German B1 and French M1. Special certificates can be issued as needed.
How is Pink Inc. taking action to be more Green?
By having lightweight, reusable and recyclable products, Pink Inc’s fabric structures become an easy and cost effective way to keep an event green. You can also visit the Pink is Green portion of our website and download our pdf from there.
How long does it take for a Custom Made fabric structure?
For most custom works we request a 3-4 week lead time from receipt of deposit depending on the magnitude of the project. Some projects take less time, and some take more. Call us today and we will happily quote out your custom project big or small!
What are my payment options?
We except credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as well as checks and money transfers. Rentals and stock purchases are paid in full before shipment dates. Custom projects are 50% deposit and 50% before shipment dates. Terms are available in some circumstances.
